Lead.
I run group strategy for one of East Africa's largest financial services businesses. My day job is the 6X by 2030 ambition for Old Mutual East Africa. I shape the plan, run the annual cycle, sit with the numbers, and make sure the strategy actually moves the business.
Direct and advise.
I sit on boards and I advise founders. I work with insurtech, fintech and digital banks who need someone who has built and turned around financial services businesses, not just read about them. Market entry, M&A, turnaround. I have done all three.
Mentor.
Strategy in financial services is still a male-dominated field. I built my career inside it as a feminine leader and I mentor women who are doing the same. If something took me ten years to figure out, I want it to take you five.

I do not believe a leader is only their job title. The rest of who I am shapes how I lead.

Golf.
Member at Muthaiga Golf Club. Most of my long-running professional relationships have been built across an 18-hole round. What draws me in most is the technical side, the physics of a swing, the choice of club, the read of a green.

Conservation.
Nature is where I come alive. I sit on the board of Mt. Kenya Trust because the trees and the elephants need people who will keep showing up. I have hiked across Kenya and I plan to keep doing it for a long time.
